The
Interest Rate and Annual Percentage Yield are subject to change.
A penalty may
be imposed for withdrawals before maturity - The penalty will
be an amount equal to (a)
Forfeiture of 30 days interest on amount
withdrawn with an original
maturity of one year or less or (b) Forfeiture of
90 days interest
on amount withdrawn with an original maturity of more than
one year.
There is no penalty for the early withdrawal of funds form the
IRA Certificate
of Deposit upon the death of the depositor, when the depositor
is disabled
according to the Internal Revenue Code, is legally declared
incompetent by a
court or other administrative body, or is a required minimum
distribution.
The IRA Certificate of Deposit will automatically renew at
maturity. The
customer will have ten calendar days after maturity to
withdraw the funds
without a penalty.
