  The Interest Rate and Annual Percentage Yield are subject to change.

 

  A penalty may be imposed for withdrawals before maturity - The penalty

  will be an amount equal to (a)  Forfeiture of 30 days interest on amount

  withdrawn with an original maturity of one year or less or (b)  Forfeiture

  of 90 days interest on amount withdrawn with an original maturity of

  more than one year.

 

  There is no penalty for the early withdrawal of funds form the Certificate

  of Deposit upon the death of the depositor, when the depositor is disabled

  according to the Internal Revenue Code, is legally declared incompetent by 

  a court or other administrative body.

 

  The Certificate of Deposit will automatically renew at maturity.  The

  customer will have ten calendar days after maturity to withdraw the funds

  without a penalty.

Individual Retirement Account (IRA)


At a Glance:


A deposit account that earns interest at the same rate and terms as a certificates of deposit but the tax on the earnings is deferred until you make withdrawal from the account. Under certain conditions on a Roth IRA and an education IRA the withdrawals are tax free.

Fees:

  

  Penalty fee accessed, based on term, for withdrawal of funds before term

  expires. In addition there can be a 10% IRS premature withdrawal penalty

  if taken out before the age of 59 ½. See product documents for full

  disclosure of all fees for the type of IRA that you are interested in.
